this recipe is very easy and you can make it while you’re doing other things around the house. i’ve been trying different types of recipes lately including grain free items.
you will need:
- 3 tomatoes
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- sea salt
- white kidney beans
quarter your tomatoes. drizzle your olive oil in your baking dish. add tomatoes. sprinkle with salt & pepper. bake @350 for 30 minutes. add your kidney beans. drizzle balsalmic.
enjoy over crackers or a yummy fresh bed of greens!
