brunch is a no brainer this weekend people. there are plenty of places all over atlanta to eat brunch. there are two i am going to highlight.

i have easter brunch every year i’ve been here, behind my place at “inman park’s best kept secret” park’s edge.

i can’t even begin to describe how amazing their menu and mimosas are, all while being tucked away in beautiful inman park.

a local atl favorite, el azteca is also doing a special easter tweak to their authentic all you can eat mexican brunch.

check out specific details  for their multiple locations.

have a fantastic weekend needle lovers!

flouncin’ around

shootin’ around inman park last weekend with mae. it was the perfect breezy cloudy day to shoot something with a lot of movement like this maxi skirt. it is hard for me to find maxi skirts that aren’t swallowing me length wise. forver21 always seems to do the trick for items like this since i think their main audience they cater to is teens haha. i love pairing a maxi with a baggy top like this one from Brandy Melville as long as it doesn’t look to0 sloppy of a look.  my favorite undergarment bras to wear with this style top are from Urban Outfitters.  not too revealing just enough of a flirty look.

these awesome glasses were an LA purchase from my favorite store, Planet Blue.

i wear the heck out of these boots. sam edelman makes some of the most comfortable and stylish boots. the louie is a year round favorite of mine.  this wallet was a splurge for my favorite man in accessories, Alexander Wang. i love how unique it is for a wallet it can easily be a clutch. the skull ring i picked up from Urban (currently on sale!) love the black stones.

what the !@$# do i wear wednesdays: beach bachelorette weekend

today’s what the !@$# do i wear wednesdays is by reader request & just so happens this weekend i am headed to FL for my cousin’s bachelorette weekend!

beachbachelorette

one pieces are great for beach trips. you can throw on some cut offs/maxi skirt go to lunch or shopping. i love crochet anything for the beach this bag is perfect. my go to beach essentials are great lip balm, a hat, Bobbi Brown’s Beach Spray (all I live in), and Not Your Mother’s Sea Salt Spray

(one my go-to’s!)

lingerieshowerbeach

a pretty but airy maxi dress is perfect for any shower/lunch event you may be going to. wooden wedges are a must at the beach as well as a fun pop of color clutch! this YSL Volupte lip stick gives you both color and is a moisturizing balm!

weekendbachelorette

hopefully you don’t have to wear black on the night out at the beach! this weekend is a free pass for color! this beaded mini dress is perfect for a night out at any spot on the beach, keep the accessories minimal for such a loud dress. bright pink lips are a must all weekend!

remember to send me your requests!

trends on tuesday: palazzo pants

palazzo

even though it is STILL cold and rainy i have spring fashion on the brain. i am loving palazzo pants. now i know they are not for everyone. but i am on the shorter side so this style pant would elongate anyone’s leg!

they can be daunting at first to style but mix in some fitted items and a wedge and you will be fine. you can also pair them with sandals if you are taller. bring some to the beach to throw on for after beach dinner & drinks.

this is a perfect breezy yet comfortable look to bounce into spring with.
